Candidate would be responsible for:

A. GST (Credit Ledger and Cash Ledger Reconciliation)

B. GST (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 4, GSTR 2A Recon., GSTR 2B Reco.)

C. TDS Return File On Genius, TDS Payment

D. ESIC & EPF Return File and Payment

E. Daily accounting in Tally Books of Accounts

F. Monthly filling of GST returns & deposition of tax on portal.

G. Preparation of Inventory Reports on Fortnightly / Monthly basis

H. Debtors and Creditors ageing Monthly / Quarterly basis.

I. Interest Calculation of Unsecured Loan

J. Secured Loan Statement Reconciliation

K. 26 As Recon.

L. Bank Reconciliation

M. Party Reconciliation

N. Tax Invoice

O. Sale Invoice

P. Cashbook

Q. Data entry

R. Debit & Credit Note

S. Requirements and skills

T. Work experience as an Accountant

U. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

V. Hands-on experience with accounting software like Fresh Books and QuickBooks

W. Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

X. Experience with general ledger functions

Y. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Z. BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

AA. Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
