Hiring For Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records and ensuring accurate reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Financial Records:** Maintain and update financial records to ensure all transactions are accurately documented.

- **Prepare Financial Reports:** Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insights into the company’s financial position.

- **Perform Reconciliations:** Regularly reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

- **Ensure Compliance:** Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations to ensure the company complies with accounting standards and practices.

- **Support Audits:** Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries as needed.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have a background in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required to efficiently handle financial data. Candidates should demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
