Accountant - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience, and a degree in or , and should be male, as per company policy. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills. The Accountant will primarily work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded properly. This includes tracking income, expenses, and other financial activities.

- Prepare Financial Statements: Generate timely financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements to provide a clear view of the company's financial status.

- Assist in Budgeting: Help in preparing budgets by analyzing past financial performance and projecting future financial trends. This ensures that resources are allocated efficiently.

- Support in Audits: Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations about financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

- Reconcile Accounts: Regularly verify and reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies promptly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential for managing financial data effectively.
