Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will play a key role in managing our financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing valuable financial insights to support our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts and monitor actual performance.

Prepare for and participate in financial audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and long-term financial plans.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage expenses effectively.

Communicate financial information and insights to various stakeholders.

Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years
