Kotwala Tours and Travels is looking to hire a motivated fresher to join our team as an Accounting and Travel Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting their career in the travel and hospitality industry.

As an Accounting and Travel Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accounts, invoices and financial records on Tally software

Handling customer inquiries and travel bookings

Preparing travel itineraries and providing quotes

Issuing tickets and managing customer payments

Assisting with visa documentation and other travel formalities

We are looking for a female candidate who:

Is a fresher open to learning on the job

Has basic accounting knowledge and is willing to learn Tally

Has good communication skills and ability to multitask

Is passionate about the travel industry and customer service

This is a full-time role based out of our office in Mumbai. Previous experience in the travel industry is not required as we will provide full training. Proficiency in using Tally software is preferred.
