Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management:

Process daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, payments, and bank reconciliations.

Maintain accurate petty cash records and manage petty cash disbursements and reconciliation.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including vendor payments and customer collections.
