Executive - Accounts Receivables - Part Time

- Manage account receivables: The Account Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing the company's account receivables, which includes processing incoming payments, reconciling customer accounts, and following up on overdue payments.

- Generate invoices: They will be required to generate invoices accurately and timely for customers, ensuring all relevant details are included and following up on any discrepancies.

- Maintain customer records: The Executive will need to maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including contact information, payment history, and any communication regarding payments.

- Prepare reports: They will need to prepare regular reports on account receivables, including aging reports, collections reports, and cash flow forecasts, to assist in decision-making processes.
