Finalization of Income Tax, Wealth Tax, TDS/TCS.

· Preparation & Filing of Income Tax and TDS Returns for Individual, Partnership firms and Companies.

· Preparation of Transfer Pricing Policy, Study Report and filing of T P Return.

Preparation of replies of Assessment Proceedings.

· Statutory & Internal Audit of Companies.

· Tax Audit of Individuals and Partnership Firms.

· Concurrent & Special Audit of Banks.

. Physical Verification of Stock and Fixed Assets, Timely payment to all taxes / filling returns / compliance

. Good understanding of Direct and Indirect Tax , TDS Deposit & Compliance

Income Tax Handling.
