· preparation of transfer pricing policy, study report and filing of t p return.

preparation of replies of assessment proceedings.

· statutory & internal audit of companies.

· tax audit of individuals and partnership firms.

· concurrent & special audit of banks.

. physical verification of stock and fixed assets, timely payment to all taxes / filling returns / compliance

. good understanding of direct and indirect tax , tds deposit & compliance

income tax handling.
