An Institution Designer will be responsible for designing the academic year plan for a school while coordinating with the school. The year plan will not only consist of the academic schedule but also all the activities and initiatives to be taken up in that academic year. As an Institution Designer, you will have the opportunity to witness how an initiative will take shape in a school. You will be in the forefront of implementing ideas in multiple schools. Apart from this, you will also be interacting with teachers from multiple schools to facilitate them with different teaching aids to help them deliver the curriculum better. Not just ideation but implementation and monitoring the ideas will also be a key role of the job.
