Hiring Freshers || Computer Science Faculty

Your Role:

❖ Run daily sessions as per campus schedule - teaching CS courses, guiding coding assignments, conducting live problem-solving.

❖ Run growth coaching sessions for cohorts. Track progress, flag at-risk students, identify interventions.

❖ Evaluate student submissions/assignments and provide actionable guidance.

❖ Maintain session discipline - attendance, punctuality, classroom energy.

Pre-requisites:

1) / ME in Computer Science or related discipline

2) Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and at least one programming language 3) Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English

4) No prior teaching experience required - must want to teach/mentor
