Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni through regular communication, events, and networking opportunities.

Plan, coordinate, and execute alumni events such as reunions, networking receptions, career fairs, and alumni panels.

Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, and other communication channels to keep alumni informed about university news, events, and achievements.

Recruit and manage alumni volunteers to support various university initiatives, such as mentoring programs, guest speaking opportunities, and fundraising campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of alumni contact information, employment status, and engagement activities in the university database.

Conduct research on alumni demographics, interests, and preferences to inform the development of targeted engagement strategies.

Prepare regular reports on alumni engagement metrics, event attendance, and fundraising results for university leadership and stakeholders.

Stay informed about best practices in alumni relations and implement innovative strategies to enhance the effectiveness of alumni engagement efforts.

Computer savvy.

Strong Management skills.
