● ask questions to understand customer needs/requirements and close sales
● handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
● keep records of calls and sales and note useful information/feedback to increase conversion efficiency.
requirements
● proven experience as tele sales representative for selling online ed-tech courses in analytics/data science/big-data/machine learning/ artificial intelligence
● proven track record of successfully meeting assigned tele-sales quota
● ability to learn about new courses and programs and describe/explain them to prospects
● excellent knowledge of written and verbal english
● excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● good temperament and patience and ability to handle rejection
● outstanding negotiation skills to close sales with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
criteria
● should have worked in tele sales role in ed-tech for at-least one year
● min qualification: graduate/diploma
