Responsibilities
â— Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about courses and programs using predefined scripts
â— Answer questions about courses and programs offered by Analytics Vidhya
â— Ask questions to understand customer needs/requirements and close sales
◠Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
â— Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information/feedback to increase conversion efficiency.
Requirements
â— Proven experience as tele sales representative for selling online ed-tech courses in Analytics/Data Science/Big-Data/Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence
â— Proven track record of successfully meeting assigned tele-sales quota
â— Ability to learn about new courses and programs and describe/explain them to prospects
â— Excellent knowledge of written and verbal English
â— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
â— Good Temperament and Patience and ability to handle rejection
â— Outstanding negotiation skills to close sales with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Criteria
â— Should have worked in tele sales role in Ed-Tech for at-least one year
â— Min Qualification: Graduate/Diploma
