Proven work experience in AC Maintenance

Execute maintenance duties as directed by maintenance manager.

Respond quickly in the event of an emergency,

Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning

compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers,

Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working order.

Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
