We are looking for a dedicated Abacus Tutor to guide students in mastering this essential mental math skill. As an Abacus Tutor, your role will involve teaching students to utilize the Abacus effectively, enhancing their mathematical abilities and boosting their confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Online Classes: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons through virtual platforms to ensure students remain motivated and focused.

- Prepare Lesson Plans: Develop structured lesson plans tailored to different learning levels, ensuring all students grasp the concepts effectively.

- Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate students' understanding and progress through quizzes and exercises, providing feedback to help them improve.

- Create a Supportive Environment: Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere where students feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes as they learn.

- Communicate with Parents: Maintain open communication with parents about their child’s progress, addressing any concerns and providing guidance on practice at home.
