Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed 3D models for architectural and interior designs using V-ray/Sketchup.

- Create lifelike textures and materials for photorealistic visualizations.

- Interpret and modify AutoCAD drawings when necessary.

- Import and optimize SketchUp models

- Collaborate closely with the design team to realize architectural concepts.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural visualization (2+ years preferred).

- Proficiency in Sketchup and V-ray Renderer, with a focus on photorealistic lighting and materials.

- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.

- Hands-on experience importing and optimizing SketchUp models

- Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication skills.
