�� minimum 1 year of experience in architectural visualization (2+ years preferred).

�� proficiency in sketchup and v-ray renderer, with a focus on photorealistic lighting and materials.

�� strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.

�� hands-on experience importing and optimizing sketchup models

�� ability to work independently, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
