Position: Architectural 3D Visualizer

Job Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality 3D architectural models and realistic renders.

- Develop exterior and interior 3D visualizations as per design concepts.

- Prepare walkthroughs, presentation views, and project animations.

- Coordinate with architects and interior designers to understand design requirements.

- Modify models and renders based on client/architect feedback.

- Maintain accurate materials, lighting, textures, and furniture details.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray / Corona / Enscape or similar software.

- Good understanding of architectural design, materials, lighting, and composition.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Experience in architectural visualization will be preferred.
