• identifying and adapting the graphical style from the given references.

• possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.

• demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

• up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (illustrator, photoshop, flash, hitfilm, and adobe) and also can be able to learn and adapt new softwares like inkscape and gimp will be a plus.

• excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

• knowledge of animation principles, a reel to demonstrate the same.

• clear understanding of proportions is mandatory.
