1. Senior RMC Plant Incharge

The job description is as below:

 Must be able to Operate automatic batching plant of 120M cube work capacity.

 Operate fly ash brick manufacturing machine.

 The candidate must have Flexible timing for day.

 The candidate should be ready to relocate to between Kharadi & Mahalunge

 Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their Target

 Production planning, Fleet operations, Cost control

 Safety & Security of the site

 Prevention maintenance of the plant

Role & Responsibilities:

 Monitoring & Coordination with all team members of respective plant

 Achieving Targets of production of the plant

 Daily reporting

 Quality inspection

 Maintaining professional decorum at the site

 Assisting all the team members to achieve their targets
