Job Title : Area Executive - Operations Function : B2C Parking Operations Location : Bangalore Job Responsibilities:1. Managing daily operations of B2C Parking Sites.2. Conducting regular Audits for Quality Assurance and better customer experience.3. Regularly updating internal databases as per the changes at parking sites.4. Maintaining relationships with Contractors/External Stakeholders and regularly updating them of Park+ Operational Schemes and updates.5. Ensuring that operators are trained and adhere to Park+ SOPs and Business Policies.6. Ensuring the highest level of customer experience.7. Payment Collection and POS Issue Resolution.8. Driving POS and PPG Sales on ground along with scouting new sites for onboarding.Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Must be a Graduate (Any specialization) 2. 0-2 Years of Experience in Handling Daily Operations, 3. Should be able to communicate in Kannada and English/Hindi 4. Must Own a vehicle, 5. Experience in ground sales is a plus. Salary and Compensation: (Based on the Experience)+Travel Allowance
