Preparation of IPC/Monthly Maintenance Bills and Weekly/Monthly MaintenanceCompliance reports. Collection of Lab reports and survey reports on daily basis and compiling of allrecords and supporting documents for IPCs Submission on time. Prepare & Submission of Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), Raising of Daily Requestfor inspection Summary (RFI). Preparation of Work Orders for Sub-Contractor, Checking of Sub-Contractor Bills &Project Gross Bill Statements. Keeping and maintaining the records of all type of correspondence pertaining to theproject and drafting for all type of Contractual letters. Coordination with Project Manager, Site Engineers to track the progress. Correspondence with RO (MoRTH), R&B(N.H) Officials and consultants relatedcontractual claims, change of scope(COS), GST, Royalty and EOT claims. Participate in the minutes of meeting about the work progress & Monthly ProgressReview Meeting with Consultants & Client. Assist the Project Manager in all matters relating to the planning, billing, claims andfinancial matters of the Project. Preparation of monthly reconciliation statements and Co-ordinate with team to timelyissue of project deliverables. Maintain all record of bill works and Maintain Good relation with client and takingfeedback from the client. Well versed in the usage of the MS office for Project Presentations-Word/Excel/PowerPoint. - To own & deliver monetization targets for your category'- To create a strong pipeline of Brands to pitch for Brand solutions and convert them at a healthy rate- To create a detailed media plan against the planned spend for every brand- To work with internal stakeholders including for end to end execution of monetization media plan including ad serving, reports etc.,- Proactive in identifying, raising and problem solving issues that might impact the plan number- Conducting monthly reviews with key brands to identify gaps and solve for future months,- To manage, coach and inspire a team of account managers responsible for driving Ad sales for the categoryResponsibilities :- To meet monthly targets of generating monetization money from your category.- To work together as a team for several initiatives and common projects.- Building lasting relationships with accounts and ensuring we grow their business on Myntra platform- Ensuring revenue has been accrued for all billed monetization activities and there is minimum lossQualification: Any Graduate or MBA fresherCandidate should be fluent in English (Versant Level 4) and Hindi 6 Days workingRotational Shifts : (8 am - 8 pm) 1 Rotational Off
