Prepare tender specifications and assist team to select competent vendor Manage site supervisors (RE/RTO) Support supervisors in the day-to-day execution of projects Undertake learning and development on a consistent and regular basis.

Designing structures: This includes developing plans and specifications for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure. Analyzing structural integrity: Evaluating the structural strength and stability of designs to ensure they can withstand various forces. Using specialized software: Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software and other analytical tools to design and analyze structures. Prepare formal structural calculation packages and prepare structural sketches and markups for drafting. Prepare fabrication drawings for all the structures designed. Hands on experience with design software such as AutoCAD , STAAD Pro + RAM connection, ETABS etc Must have strong fundamental knowledge in the Civil Structural STAAD Modelling, analysis, design and detailing B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical) Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD programs. Knowledge of engineering principles and materials science. Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
