Experience in Health and safety environment management systems in renewable and Energy sector. To ensure and control HSE documents, HSE vital statistics, HSE performance Indicators, Manuals, and procedures. To Organize, Identify and conduct HSE training programs (Both Theoretical and Practical) for our employees and sub-contractors according to their job profile Updating the HSE daily, Weekly & Monthly analysis in the cloud platforms. Coordinating with HSE stewards at sites and associates to strengthen the safety culture. Investigating workplace incidents and advising the line function with proper CAPA. Tracking incidents for the measures adopted to prevent recurrence. Conducting safety walks and identify all the deviations of safety system and report those NCRs as per standard practices. Designing, developing and imparting Safety Induction Training to all New Joiners, Stakeholders, VIPs, Visitors, Investors, Contractor Staff. Conducting safety committee meetings with tsite team and vendors team. Knowledge of Internal and External auditing processes, ISO 45001 Health and Safety, ISO 14001 EMS certification and documentation work. Preparing and updating, SOP, RA or HIRA, JSA, EHS Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Environmental plan. Conducting investigation of all near misses cases / LTI / dangerous occurrences and recommend appropriate corrective measures. Maintaining and inspecting all the appropriate Personal Protective System, Fire extinguishers and all the safety gadgets etc.Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for a well-experienced safety professional in the renewable energy industry preferably in solar. Work experience in the site and corporate office is must.
