Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth flow of work and issue resolution. Monitor site productivity, manpower planning, and resource utilization to maintain efficiency and control costs. Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality procedures. Review and approve subcontractor bills, material indenting, and daily progress reports (DPR). Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and legal compliance on site. Conduct daily coordination meetings and periodic reviews with internal teams and stakeholders. Manage procurement follow-ups, material reconciliation, and contractor billing in coordination with planning and billing teams. Maintain proper documentation and site records including hindrance logs, inspection reports, and approvals. Implement quality assurance systems and ensure zero-defect handover readiness. Facilitate timely client inspections, third-party audits, and certification processes.Desired Candidate Profile B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2025 years of experience in execution of commercial or institutional projects with at least 5 years as independent site head. Excellent project management, leadership, and client coordination skills. Strong knowledge of RCC, structural detailing, finishing works, and external development. Proficient in reading GFC drawings, BOQs, and construction scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera). Sound understanding of safety, quality, and statutory compliance at site level.
