Responsibilities Conceptualization and Design Development:o Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understanddesign objectives, functional requirements, and budget parameters.o Develop creative and practical design concepts that align with the clientsbrand identity, aesthetic preferences, and operational needs in hospitalityenvironments. Technical Expertise:o Utilize advanced knowledge of interior design principles, materials,construction techniques, and building codes to ensure designs are technicallyfeasible and compliant.o Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents usingsoftware such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Cost Estimation and Budget Management:o Conduct thorough cost analysis and prepare detailed budget proposals forinterior design projects, including materials, furnishings, and labor costs.o Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints andrecommend cost-effective alternatives when necessary. Vendor Management and Procurement:o Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors toprocure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) within specifiedtimelines and budget limits.o Coordinate procurement activities and oversee delivery, installation, andquality assurance processes to meet project milestones. Project Coordination and Management:o Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion,ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.o Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings to monitorprogress, resolve technical issues, and maintain project momentum. Client Relationship and Communication:o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining opencommunication and providing regular updates on project status, milestones,and deliverables.
