1. **Project Planning**: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.

2. **Client Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.

3. **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure all aspects of the project align with client expectations and design standards.

4. **Quality Control**: Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications, making necessary adjustments as needed.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Required Skills and Expectations:
