Driving and TransportationSafe Transportation: Safely and punctually transport executives, staff, clients, and documents to and from destinations as scheduled.Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the company vehicle(s) by monitoring maintenance schedules, coordinating services (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations), keeping the vehicle clean, and ensuring proper documentation (insurance, permits, registration).Log Management: Accurately maintain logbooks of all trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and transportation expenses.2. Administrative and Office SupportErrand Running: Perform various errands, such as dropping off or picking up documents, banking, mail delivery to post offices, and purchasing minor office supplies.Document Handling: Assist with basic office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and organizing incoming/outgoing correspondence.Basic Inventory: Assist the administrative team with monitoring and stocking pantry or stationery supplies.Facility Support: Provide light support for setting up meeting rooms, moving supplies, or assisting with minor repairs or vendor coordination as needed.3. Professionalism and SecurityTime Management: Plan and determine the most efficient routes to minimize travel time while being mindful of traffic and road conditions.Confidentiality: Handle confidential information and documents discreetly and responsibly.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety regulations at all times.
