Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures in the operation theatre.Assist in preparing the operating room, ensuring that it is clean, well-stocked, and equipped with necessary instruments and supplies.Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment.Monitor patients' vital signs, anesthesia administration, and post-operative recovery.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including pre-operative and post-operative assessments.Follow sterile techniques and infection control measures to prevent the spread of infections.Educate patients and their families about the surgical process, post-operative care, and any necessary lifestyle changes.Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other nurses, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.Requirements:Hold a valid nursing license and have current registration with a recognized nursing body.Possess a GNM/B.Sc. Degree in Nursing.Have a minimum of 6 months relevant nursing experience within the last 18 months.Demonstrate proficiency in English language skills:IELTS: An overall score of at least 7, with at least 6.5 in the writing section, and at least 7 in each of the reading, listening, and speaking sections.OROET: At least a Grade C+ in the writing section, and at least Grade B in the reading, listening, and speaking sections.Have proven experience in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative nursing care within a theatre setting.Possess excellent knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and infection control measures.Salary and Benefits:The salary for this position is 2,835 per month (in UK pounds). 2,93,550 Indian Rupee
