Operating and Maintaining Dialysis Machines:

Dialysis technicians are responsible for assembling, operating, and maintaining dialysis machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly before and during treatment.

Patient Monitoring:

They monitor patients' vital signs and overall well-being during dialysis, alerting medical staff to any changes or concerns.

Patient Care:

Dialysis technicians provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and explaining the dialysis process.
