The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the factory floor of a linen manufacturing company, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment. This role requires strong management skills, technical knowledge of bed and bath textile manufacturing, and the ability to manage and motivate factory workers effectively and get work out of them.Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, generate daily/weekly reports on output, quality metrics, and workforce performance.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving manufacturing processes, labor productivity, and cost-efficiency.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within linen manufacturing. Garment industry experience will not be considered.Strong knowledge of hospitality and home linen manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality standards.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and promote a cooperative work environment.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry.Must speak good English and Hindi.Education:Diploma or Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.Suitable candidates send your CV to: hr@smartbizauditing.com

*A UK based Metal and Coating manufacturing company is looking for a FACTORY MANAGER for their DUBAI location**Responsibilities*: Will be responsible to run and manage the factory independently which will manufacture and make different bespoke Metal parts Should have experience of at least 10+ years in a similar capacity. Knowledge of CNC machinery is essential Should have experience in securing materials parts and services from sub-contractors that are cost-effective whilst meeting high-quality process and standards Be aware of supply chain available to purchase goods and services to control the quality of parts produced Knowledge of purchasing various raw materials and other items as required to run the factory Able to manage the workforce and provide the right facilitation and guidance to the employees from time-to-time Should be able to deal with local authorities as is required Able to liaise and communicate and deal on daily basis with the factory`s UK customers and other officials Must be able to communicate well in English as well as in a couple of Indian languages (as the majority of them are Indian workforce).*Interview Process*:Telephone interview via Zoom - to assess the suitability matching of the candidate and check upon the communication ability.*Salary*: Based on experience and can be negotiable.
