Job SummaryThe Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities within large infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects. The role involves building strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, government agencies, and project consultants to drive sales growth and ensure long-term business partnerships.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead GenerationIdentify new project opportunities through market research, visits, and networking.Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and government bodies.Track upcoming projects through tender websites, industry networks, and market intelligence.2. Project Sales & NegotiationPresent company products/services to clients and consultants with technical knowledge.Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and project-specific pricing.Lead commercial negotiations and finalize deals as per company policies.3. Project CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, finance, and technical teams) to ensure smooth execution.Follow up for timely supply, billing, documentation, and project milestones.Handle client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Market Analysis & StrategyMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product developments.Suggest strategies for increasing project sales and improving market presence.Provide weekly and monthly MIS reports to management.5. Relationship ManagementMaintain strong connections with key decision-makers in the construction and infrastructure ecosystem.Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand.Ensure repeat business through sustained engagement.Skills & QualificationsEducationGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).Technical background (Engineering/Diploma) is an added advantage depending on the product.Experience23 years of experience in project sales in sectors such as steel, cement, TMT, construction materials, electrical, plumbing, FMCG institutional sales, or real estate supply.Key SkillsStrong communication and relationship-building abilities.Negotiation and presentation skills.Technical understanding of project specifications.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT).Ability to work independently and achieve targets.Salary RangeAs per industry standards + incentives based on performance.
