Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and diligent Catering Helper to join our catering team in Saudi Arabia. As a Catering Helper, your primary responsibility will be to assist in food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of catering services and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should be a team player, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Food Preparation: Assist the catering team in preparing ingredients, cutting vegetables, and performing basic cooking tasks under the supervision of the chef.Buffet Setup: Help set up and arrange buffet stations for events and ensure they are well-stocked with food, beverages, and utensils.Serving: Serve food and beverages to guests during events, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.Table Setting: Assist in setting tables with appropriate cutlery, crockery, glassware, and table decorations as required.Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining areas, and serving stations before, during, and after events.Dishwashing: Responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment and ensuring they are properly stored.Food Storage: Assist in storing food items and supplies in designated storage areas while adhering to food safety standards.Trash Disposal: Dispose of waste and trash properly, ensuring proper segregation and recycling practices are followed.Customer Service: Provide courteous and helpful service to clients and guests, responding to their inquiries and special requests.Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Requirements:Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
