Key Responsibilities:Create 3D CNC machining programs using Mastercam for milling and complex surfaces.Develop multi-surface and complex toolpaths for precision components.Import and interpret 3D CAD models from design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Generate efficient cutting strategies for molds, dies, and precision parts.Select appropriate cutting tools, holders, and machining parameters.Optimize programs to reduce cycle time and improve surface finish.Support CNC operators during program setup and machine troubleshooting.Work with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers.Modify and improve existing programs for better productivity.Create setup sheets and machining documentation for production.Conduct toolpath verification and backplot analysis before production.Collaborate with design, tooling, and production teams to ensure manufacturability.Maintain program libraries and machining templates.Assist in fixture and jig design for complex parts.Troubleshoot machining problems related to toolpaths or programming.Monitor machining performance and recommend improvements.Ensure programs meet quality and tolerance requirements.Maintain compliance with manufacturing safety standards.Provide technical guidance to CNC machinists and junior programmers.Rotational Shifts

JOB DESCRIPTION:To interpret drawings and technical specifications to determine the process, programming, and suitable cutting tool for CNC Swiss Lathe, Turning, Turn Mill and Auto-lathe machines.Responsible to produce the parts that meet customer specifications by adjusting and configuring the machine settings during First Article (FA)To conduct Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) to optimise cycle time, tool life and productivity after FA.To perform the dimensional and cosmetic inspection on work pieces using allocated measuring equipment to conform with technical drawings.To troubleshoot technical problems during the fabrication process and conduct process fine-tuning if requiredREQUIREMENTS:Diploma or Degree with 5 years hands on experience in precision machining.ITI with 8 years hands on experience in precision machining.Compulsory to know MASTERCAM / SOLIDWORKSGood written & verbal communication skills

Programming Setup and operate CNC Machines to produce part as per drawing and within specification. Setup, operate, and maintains measuring equipment, gauges, and fixtures for inspection. Buy-off and verified the FA parts as per drawing/spec requirements before sent out customer verification. Develop/improve CNC machining processes, and maintain the master CNC program directory through proper file management techniques, to ensure the integrity of CNC programs. Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction, and compliance with safety requirements. Able to perform simple troubleshooting and regular maintenance on CNC Machines and other in-house machines. Meet aggressive deadlines while working under pressure, dedication to building high-quality deliverables. Good communication skills and ability to lead subordinates and work in a team. Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management Able to perform overtime work work when needed. Operating and setting up CNC Milling / Turning machinery for daily tasks.
