Programming Setup and operate CNC Machines to produce part as per drawing and within specification.

Setup, operate, and maintains measuring equipment, gauges, and fixtures for inspection.

Buy-off and verified the FA parts as per drawing/spec requirements before sent out customer verification.

Develop/improve CNC machining processes, and maintain the master CNC program directory through proper file management techniques, to ensure the integrity of CNC programs.

Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction, and compliance with safety requirements.

Able to perform simple troubleshooting and regular maintenance on CNC Machines and other in-house machines.

Meet aggressive deadlines while working under pressure, dedication to building high-quality deliverables.

Good communication skills and ability to lead subordinates and work in a team.

Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

Able to perform overtime work work when needed.

Operating and setting up CNC Milling / Turning machinery for daily tasks.

CNC machine controls Fanuc, Mazatrol, & Haidenhain

Perform quality check on finished products using precision instruments.

Age must be 27 years & above

Diploma or Degree with 5 years hands on experience

ITI with 8 years hands on experience

Good communication skill (English)
