We are excited to share important information regarding the eligibility criteria, necessary documentation, and the updated payment structure for our Aged Care/Disability Care/Nursing program in Australia.Eligibility Criteria:To be eligible for our program, candidates must meet the following requirements:- Currently enrolled in a tertiary course in Aged Care, Disability Care, or Nursing (Diploma, PB BSc/B.Sc. Nurses)- Willingness to work in metro, regional, and/or rural areas of Australia- Age: 18 to 44 years- Minimum of 2 years of experience, actively working during the last 5 years, and must be employed at the time of visa submission- Compliance with all visa requirements- Agreement to sign and adhere to all terms outlined in the Candidate AgreementRequired Documentation:Candidates must submit the following documents:1. Completed, signed, and dated application form (available on our partner page)2. Evidence of financial support/training wage (AU$4,500) bank statement or letter of financial support from a parent3. Evidence of payment of application fee4. Reference letters from current or previous employers, including contact details from HR or direct managers (no personal email addresses)5. Color copy of passport6. Updated resume and Letter of Objective (following our guidelines on the partner page)7. Academic transcripts (all semesters in one PDF) and a copy of the qualification (degree/diploma/testamur/bachelor)8. A professional photograph9. Video application10. Birth certificate translated to English11.
