Job descriptionNO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ENTERTAINED.Roles and ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming RM, PM, other materials against standard specificationsPerform online inspection against standard specificationsPerform Pre-Dispatch inspectionReject and Report materials failing to meet Quality Standards / ExpectationsEnsure correct and complete labeling for RM, WIP, FG, PM, and other materials.Prepare documentation of inspection processes.Guide and explain to the production department about quality processes.Implement Kaizen where necessary to enhance product qualityDevelop and follow sampling procedures.Training workforce about product quality and ensuring KAIZENs.Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate degree (preferably Any Degree)Basic Knowledge of QC Instruments and Equipment like vernier, micrometer, caliper, etc.Prior production/QA experience preferred.Above average proficiency in MS Office, Email, and computer basicsPerks and BenefitsCompany accommodation for outstation candidatesIn-house canteen.
