Coordinate office activities.Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performances.Manage phone calls and correspondence. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.Submit timely reports and prepare presentations.Assist colleagues whenever needed.

Responsibilities and DutiesPerform regular accounting activities including recording of Sales, Expenses, Reconciliations of Bank and Credit card accounts, Periodical Reconciliation of General Ledgers, Coordination and compilation of Accounting data for MIS, and helping CA Team to prepare financial or other reports as necessary.Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management/ CA Team Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions in Accounting Systems Oversee taxes and abide by tax compliances in coordination with CA TeamOversee Billing, Compilation & Reporting of Daily, Weekly & Monthly SalesRegular Monitoring & Reconciliation of Vendors & Customers Accounts Calculate and record expenditures, Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.

Capable to handle clients and understand their requirements. Should be able to handle employees and maintain the decorum of the office.Should be able to give the required administrative support to function the office without any interuptions.Other than that he /she should be flexible,ready to adapt to the new roles of the company.
