BANKING Sales Officer: 50 NOEmployment visa PROVIDED Salary Range : AED 3000- 3500/ + Sales CommissionBANKING EXPERIENCE MUST 2-3 YEARSZoom Interview direct by the companyjob details : The person holding this position will be responsible for promoting and selling Banking products, registering new clients while providing them with full support and information, and achieving the set targets and KPIs.Duties & Responsibilities: Meeting customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism of response either face to face, in written or at the telephone. Proven ability in customer service and building customer relationships Ability to identify customer needs and influence customers to take appropriate action to meet their needs An understanding of Banking (Credit Cards & Loans) product knowledge and its Policy and Guidelines A broad knowledge of defining customer needs An understanding of the needs of the mass affluent customer segment in general A full understanding of referral processes Ensure all customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximized Proactively support others through direct and indirect actions beyond activities particular to this role Coach and develop members of the team to ensure common customer experience and offering Actively promote the use of direct channels to the customer. Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and servicesSkills Excellent customer service skills Passion (must take initiatives and not avoid targets) Socially Confident (able to start a conversation with new people easily and be confident in the interaction) Problem Solving & Closure (when faced with a problem, must be able to identify and seek help from the right people without hesitation.
