HRS was established in the year 2019 under the leadership of various organizations like Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), Amul, Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), Banas Dairy, Vidya Dairy and Member Unions of GCMMF for the welfare of manpower in general.

• Talent Acquisition : Talent Acquisition is the continuous process of onboarding leaders, executives, and specialists for the organizations. Talent Acquisition focuses on long-term human resource goals to find best-fit candidates for positions in the organisation requiring a specific skill set.
• Onboarding Service : Employee onboarding is known as organizational socialization. It is a unique process of helping newly hired candidates to adjust to social and performance aspects of the new roles smoothly and quickly. Also, the candidate should learn the attitude, skills, and behaviors required to effectively perform in an organization.
• Payroll Processing : Payroll processing is a crucial task that every business needs to accommodate to adeptly manage and efficiently process the salary of its employees.
• Compliance Management : Compliance management is the process of ensuring activities across the organization are in line with laws, regulations, and statutory requirements. The statutory requirements are set by a wide range of entities, including governments, regulatory and industry bodies.
• Employee Exit Management : Employee Exit Management or employee offboarding is a process to manage the full and final settlement of employees when they exit from an organization.
