As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the premises and individuals within the location. Your primary task will be to prevent unauthorized access and respond to emergencies.- **Monitoring Access Points**: You will be responsible for checking people entering and exiting the building to ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed in.- **Surveillance**: Regularly monitor security cameras and patrol designated areas to identify any suspicious activities or security breaches.- **Emergency Response**: Quickly act in case of emergencies, such as fires, medical situations, or security threats, by following established protocols to protect everyone on-site.- **Reporting Incidents**: Document any unusual incidents or security breaches and report them to management, ensuring that there is a clear record of events.- **Customer Service**: Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and information, demonstrating a welcoming and professional demeanor.- **Maintaining Order**: Work to maintain a peaceable environment, intervening in conflicts or disturbances as necessary to ensure the safety of everyone.Required skills and expectations include: - A minimum education level of 12th grade, ensuring basic literacy and comprehension skills.- A proactive attitude and the ability to remain alert and vigilant during your shifts.- Basic communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, visitors, and management.- Physical fitness to carry out patrols and respond to emergencies.- Willingness to work in a full-time role and adhere to a set schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed.
