About the jobWe are looking for a Chief of Staff to act as the right hand to a serial entrepreneur. This isn't a traditional 9-to-5; it's a high-impact role where you will sit at the intersection of AI, Data Science, and Business Growth. You will be the founder's intellectual scout and operational engine, ensuring that visionary ideas are translated into profitable reality across multiple companies.Key Responsibilities:1. Market Intelligence & AI Scouting: You will synthesize trends in Analytics, Data Science, and AI, providing weekly briefs that keep the founder ahead of the curve.2. Strategic Execution: Drive high-priority initiatives from ideation to launch. You will be the connective tissue between the founder's vision and the teams executing it. This means follow-ups and keeping the Founder up to date on developments.3. Cross-Portfolio Project Management: Monitor health, profitability, and milestones across various business units. You'll identify bottlenecks before they become problems.4. Decision Support: Prepare research, data-backed reports, and executive summaries optimized to streamline the founder's decision-making process.5. Special Projects: Take the lead on Zero-to-One tasks exploring new business opportunities, vetting potential partners and/or optimizing internal workflows.What is in it for you?1.
