We are seeking an experienced Roustabout to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 12 years of experience and must have completed at least the 12th grade. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Equipment Maintenance:** Regularly inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order, minimizing downtime and enhancing safety.- **Rig Cleaning:** Clean and maintain the rig area, removing debris and spills to ensure a safe and organized work environment.- **Assisting Crews:** Support the drilling and production teams by assisting with rig operations, logistics, and setup to ensure smooth workflows.- **Material Handling:** Secure, transport, and store materials required for drilling and production projects, ensuring they are accessible when needed.- **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, actively participating in safety drills and training sessions to reduce risks.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate must have a solid understanding of rig operations and maintenance. Strong physical fitness and ability to work in harsh conditions are essential. Effective communication skills are necessary for coordination with the team members. A proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork is expected. The candidate should be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. The ability to work flexible hours and be adaptable to changing conditions is crucial. Prior experience in similar roles will be highly regarded.

The Roustabout reports to the Crane Operator and assists him with all duties relating to the crane and the movement of equipment, supplies and people on and off the platform. The Roustabout learns and assists with crane maintenance, crane rigging, and loading and unloading equipment and supplies. The Roustabout also keeps the drilling equipment and area neat, will do all basic labor tasks, assists other personnel with tasks as needed and learns other positions through cross-training.You need to be able to work and live as part of a team. Enjoy working outdoors in all weather. Enjoy physical work and not afraid of getting dirty.
