DESCRIPTIONAs a Roustabout, you will play an important role in supporting operations in the oil and gas industry. This position is based in Saudi Arabia and requires you to work full-time from the office. Suitable candidates should have completed their 12th grade education and have little to no experience, as on-the-job training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with Rig Operations: Support the drilling team by preparing and maintaining equipment, ensuring everything is ready for safe operations.- Loading and Unloading Materials: Help in moving tools and materials on and off the rig, ensuring they are handled safely and efficiently.- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean to maintain a safe and organized work environment.- Following Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times to ensure your safety and the safety of your coworkers.- Supporting Team Members: Work closely with other crew members to assist in various tasks, promoting teamwork and collaboration on site.Required Skills and Expectations:- Basic Understanding of Manual Labor: You should be ready to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.- Good Communication Skills: Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members is essential.- Team Player: A willingness to work with others and support teammates under various conditions.- Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: Being open to training and instructions, as well as adapting to new environments, is crucial for success in this role.This is a great opportunity to start a career in the oil and gas industry.
