Hiring Fresher / Floorman / 12th Pass

We are looking for a dedicated Floorman to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and Maintain Areas: You will be responsible for keeping floors and public spaces clean and tidy. This includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

- Assist Guests: Providing help to guests is essential. You should be approachable and ready to assist with any inquiries they might have.

- Setup and Organization: You will set up furniture and equipment for events or daily operations. Ensuring everything is organized helps create a pleasant environment.

- Report Issues: Any maintenance or safety issues should be reported immediately. Notifying the management helps in ensuring the safety and comfort of guests.

- Support Team Members: You’ll work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations. Teamwork is crucial for a successful work environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have completed their 12th grade education. A strong educational background is important.

- No prior experience is necessary, making this role suitable for fresh graduates or those with up to four years of experience.
