Experience in leading teams of testers Experience in leading Agile teams in testing engagements Knowledge or lead a team in Test Automation (Selenium) Experience in test & QA practices Experience of working with other 3rd party suppliers Strong communication (will have to communicate with global teams Spain, UK and India) Experience in writing test strategies, reports Experience in working and managing test cases with Jira and Xray (Xray tests) Experience in understanding the high-level requirements from the client and breaking down them into appropriate user journeys and assign them to the team Experience in preparing and maintaining regression test suite (manual and automated) Experience in creating, maintaining progress updates, KPIs in Atlassian Confluence pages Experience in reviewing the test deliverables (like test cases, test execution reports, automation code review etc.), implement best practices in test automation Experience in conducting periodic demonstration of the Automation suite to the clients
