Responsibilities:-Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports.-Ability to work on multiple projects of different nature-Self- driven, Detail-oriented and diligent-Ensure data accuracy by validating existing data sources, reports andensuring data integrity.-Monitor customer interactions, including emails, calls, and chats.-Work closely with sales teams of client to align customer success strategies.-Preparing reports in documented formats, reaching out to suppliers onbehalf of the client via email and updating client CRM / other online platform from time to time.-Engaging with clients in USA via telephonic calls and email communicationPreferred Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.-Proven experience in data analysis and customer-focused roles.-Proficiency in American English, including strong communication, reading, and writing skills-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-Proficiency in MS Office Applications-Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.-Attention to detail and organization skills.-Previous experience with customer facing role preferred
