Direct the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and organizational timelines.Oversee the general ledger and supervise daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.Prepare comprehensive financial statements and coordinate external audits in collaboration with independent auditors.Lead the annual budgeting process, working cross-functionally with department heads to align financial planning with strategic objectives.Develop financial forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and perform scenario planning to support proactive decision-making.Monitor budget adherence and provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency and drive revenue growth.Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal control policies.Establish and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets and mitigate risk of fraud or financial misstatement.Support enterprise risk management initiatives and fulfill regulatory reporting obligations.Manage company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational and strategic goals.Maintain and enhance banking relationships while overseeing treasury and cash management functions.Optimize receivables, payables, and financing activities to improve cash flow and liquidity positioning.Deliver financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic and operational decisions.Analyze financial performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team.Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management within the finance function.Foster a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement within the finance team.Implement and enhance financial systems and ERP platforms to improve data integrity and reporting capabilities.Streamline financial processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives across finance operations.QualificationsMBA or a Degree in Accounting/Finance.Certified Chartered Accountant10 - 15 years of experience in Finance or 7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
