We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships through outbound calling, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and managing customer communications effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to customers to address their needs and concerns.- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.- Manage customer communications through various channels.- Support customers with any issues or concerns they may have.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.- Ability to work well in a team and independently.- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
