Recruitment and Staffing:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, interviewing, hiring).Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.Mediate conflicts and work to resolve disputes in a fair and effective manner.Promote a positive company culture and employee engagement.Training and Development:Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure they have a smooth transition into the organization.Provide ongoing performance management, coaching, and feedback to employees.Compensation and Benefits:Assist in developing competitive compensation packages.Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Administer payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.Compliance and Policies:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.Update and maintain employee policies and handbooks.Prepare reports related to HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring costs).HR Administration:Maintain employee records and ensure data is up to date.Prepare and manage HR documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews.Handle employee terminations and exit interviews.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).Skills & Competencies:Organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
