We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Make Outbound Calls:** Contact potential customers through phone calls to introduce products or services, aiming to generate leads and drive sales.- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide information about our offerings effectively.- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and feedback to help improve future interactions and track performance.- **Achieve Targets:** Work towards individual and team targets by making a specified number of calls and converting leads into sales.- **Follow-up Calls:** Conduct follow-up calls with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support or updates.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively to different audiences.- A positive attitude and resilience, as the role may involve dealing with rejection and challenges.- Basic computer literacy is essential for logging calls and using software tools.- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple calls efficiently.- A willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
