Counsel the clients and determine the interest, aptitude and abilities. Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails Handle Customer queries timely Maintain the database for the clients interested in immigration Follow up with clients via meetings, counseling sessions, emails and phone calls. Knowledge of computer program such as work, excel, outlook, writing skills and Grammar are essential and professionalism is a must Resultorientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results Flexibility over working hours Provide updates to clients via emails and phone calls. Should be able to travel for business purpose Present and market immigration services to current and potential clients. Provide consultation services to address potential clients interest in Visas, including establishing suitability of the candidates visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone and face-to-face meetings. Converting inquiries into enrollment Achieving branch enrollment & visa target Individual contribution in branch business Maximizing Conversion ratio Maintaining Daily Report Self learning and development on product knowledge for providing value services to students. Participate in Company Seminars, Events and other events for promotional activities Develop a solid understanding of all aspects of the services provided by organization ensuring that you are able to complete all tasks effectively Required to work independently and with team to get the desired results Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across India using social networking sites such as LinkedIn. Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) and Technical Aptitude Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize. Counseling to Students for Course options in Abroad Identify and resolve client concerns.
